Plants looked great however, they didn’t send my glue with the order, I messaged them. They told me to check the box again... It’s not In there. Needed the glue to install my moss but had to get it elsewhere because they never got back with me. I’ll up my stars once they either send the glue or give me a refund on the glue.

I purchased the Menehune Bog Lily 6 pack. They arrived quickly, were very well packaged and were in perfect condition. Definitely pay the extra .99 for the ice pack if you're buying in the summer. I planted immediately and they already look gorgeous by my pond.

I have to say I’m very disappointed. I ordered 15 plants from this company on August 28th, after a week my order still had not been fulfilled. I called and was told I had purchased my plants just after their shipping cutoff for that week, which is understandable. So I expected my plants to be shipped the following week, but the order still was “unfulfilled” when I checked the status. So I called again with no answer, I tried messaging through their website, no answer. A few days later I sent an email regarding the status of my order and of course no answer. It’s now been another 6 days and I haven’t heard anything, so I tried calling again and just as I started leaving a message the voicemail said it was full and hung up. It’s now been two weeks. I was really excited about this company but I can’t say I would recommend them or use them again after this.

Received my plants and was pleasantly suppressed, quality and variation is excellent. Appears that everything arrived in decent shape a few leaves here and there to trim and all will be good.

Outstanding quality of healthy plants, products packaged well for shipping. A bit of a lag in getting order sent out quickly. Ordered Aug. 27 and received Sept. 4 with 2nd day FedEx delivery. I plan on ordering from this supplier again.
