I am really pleased with my live plants. They arrived in wonderful condition and I'm sure they'll thrive. I ordered two bunches of Bacopa and one Anubias barteri in a small pot for my 10g. I am very new to the hobby and am excited to see them in their new home. Their shipping policy was very straightforward and makes sense (ensures freshest, healthiest plants.)

My duckweed that I ordered was full of moth eggs. Tried to reach customer service and didn't hear back.

I needed a Luxfer Co2 tank, well wanted one, anyways the people here went WAY out of their way to ensure that I received one. I bought 2 on Amazon that ended up NOT being Luxfers, even though it specifically says that they are. Whoever helped me at this company did me a service and if I need something that they sell, I will definitely buy it from there. They did me a service that they didn't have to and took a good hour of their own time to help me. It probably saved me a few hundred dollars. They were great and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a specific...whatever, just ask them and they will go out of their way to help you. I can't say enough good things about them. Amazon screwed me a few times and Aquariumplants.com helped me out big-time. They are cheap and it took 3 days to get my Co2 tank. Amazon took a day longer than that! The reviews on the Co2 tanks say that shipping is a pain and slow for them, but, mine took 3 days to received it. I can't stop gushing about them. Great company! The price was $10 cheaper than Amazon, too. The hydrotest date was 2 months old and you can't beat that! No problems filling it, either. Didn't expect any, though, with a brand new tank. Just a great experience all around.

Whenever I order from AquariumPlants.com I am always pleased with the quality. This time, I needed a lot of anacharis and was forced to order half from here, and half from another leading website because of stocking issues. The boxes arrived on the same day. The stems from aquarium plants were long, and bright green with a still cool ice pack. The other leading plant supplier’s plants (stars with a B and is recommended by a major YouTuber) were a little smaller and a tad brown. Both have bounced back but still - I hate not ordering from aquariumplants.com. I always know I’m wasting a bit of money. I was not paid for my review and I am not affiliated with the company in any way. Just a happy customer.
