packaging was subpar.

Some plants arrived dead

Hard to tell what size or how big the plants will be from the online order. Packaged very well but unfortunately with this summer heat and even with an ice pack, the plants arrived very warm to the touch. I Immediately unwrapped them and got them into cooler water. I experienced a little plant melt, not much but did have brown edges on leaves from the heat. Therefor lost some greenage. I ordered 2 small bunches of Anubias.. thought for the money it would have been a bigger batch. It was very small amount (looked like one batch to be honest) and for the money, just feel the size/ quality isn’t worth it.

One plant has mold on it, one looks dead (brown and soft, and one looks healthy and is already beginning to grow.

Website claims well established pond Lillies but I received a Lilly with no roots just a rhizome and some pads grown on. Won’t be able to plant in pond till next spring(1 year) because koi can easily remove it with no roots to grasp.

The plants I ordered the Ocelot sword as well as the regular sword plants were beautiful. They each came in their own box. I planted them in my 90 gallon Discus tank in their pots. They looked beautiful!! The temperature of my tank was 85 F. The PH was 7.4. Two days later some of the leaves of the Ocelot sword started to turn yellow. I wrote "Aquarium plants" to ask their advice. Till today( 5 days after receiving the plants)I have no answer. These 5 plants cost me cca$100. How would you feel??

Ordered some banana plants and water lettuce. Banana plants came in nice color and moist still… both bags of water lettuce on the other hand came in dry and crispy… my neighbors gonna try to save them.

Plants are awesome… packaging is awesome…but I was charged for a service I didn't receive...tried to contact for refund or certificate.. Sadly, No response. Response to seller: I had previous added a ‘ custom design’ I believe it's called, for 20 dollars…never filled out the form as I forgot it was in my cart. Later ordered several plants. The invoice shows I paid for the custom design. Some wrote on the invoice in pen,”did you fill out the form? I am otherwise very satisfied with this company and have ordered from them multiple times.
