Plants were a lot bigger than I was expecting. They did take longer to get here after being shipped and were very warm after opening (>5mins after delivery). 8 or 9 days after ordering before shipped. 3 days to get from FL to AR.

The nerites arrived alive and ready to go to work on the algae of my tank. Did not appreciate the substitution in plants. It was ok but not what I wanted

great company, all of my plabts have arrived in amazing and healthy condition, my only complaint would be the amount of time between ordering and shipping, i live only a few hours away but it ends up taking 5 or 6 days to get 4 plants to my house

I have made several purchases from Aquarium plants.com and I have not been disappointed by the quality of the plants. The plants survived the journey and thrived in the aquarium. I also purchased mystery snails with the same results. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in aquatic plants.

Arrived ahead of schedule in very good condition and it has recovered from from transport and putting out new leaves.

Quickly received order. Plants were in very good shape. The Madagascar fern was pretty pathetic with brown leaves that broke off wen handled 1 week later all the plants went into a major melt. Hopefully they will come back. Next time I am going to only purchase potted plants.

Fine job no problem

I placed a negative review here which I have deleted. It was based on a misunderstanding and was more severely worded than was necessary. While there was a communications failure here - something for which I am at least partly responsible - it did not merit a public reprimand, and certainly not the one star downgrade. Mistakes happen and it's no good ruining a good relationship over it. Aquarium Plants has never really disappointed me, and I hope to remove the bad impression I made on anyone who may have seen the review. I am making this statement as a token of good faith that I wish for my relationship with Aquarium Plants to endure. I do honestly believe they do their best, and I extend my apologies.
