Received hair grass that was brown, Unknown whether it was my delay in pick up or they came that way. Seems that wouldn't have made any difference. Trying to nurse them back to health is my only option. I have ordered hair grass from another vendor just in case. The long time lag between the date of order and the arrival of said order influenced the purchase of plants by this vendor.As the need for additional plants arise, I will keep this distributor in mind, but will probably choose another.

Received all plants as ordered. 1 star off because my order was over a week late.

This review isn’t for the plants. It’s for the customer service. They basically lie so don’t trust whatever they tell you on the phone. I was told they would refund one of my shipping charges as they combined 2 of my orders. And after messages and emails no response

Plants were a little slow to ship. Less than a week later the Limnophila hippuroides have completely rotted. Very disappointed. The other plants are doing great.

This is my first attempt at a planted aquarium - after a week, all my plants are thriving ! All plants were beautiful when I received them, and quickly adapted to my tank.

Order placed 9/27. It is 10/7 and the order status still says awaiting fulfillment. Two emails and two messages were sent via website with zero response. If a refund is not issued within 24 hours, I will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback.

I knew it was going to be over-priced. But the amount of the plant that you get for your money is so ridiculously small... so teeny, so tiny, so small... that when I opened it, I instantly felt like a schmuck for ordering it on-line. Plus, I sent an email to them with a question and they never responded. Don't buy.
