Appliance Parts 365Reviews of applianceparts365.com

Perfect fit, good price and easy to order and find parts!

good experience

I have ordered from them 2x with the same result: lack of communication. After ordering on both items, I had to email them after two weeks to make sure they did not forget my orders. Both times, magically after I emailed, they would let me know it was just sent. The second item purchased was not delivered although they said the usps tracking said it was delivered. They do not care! You have to go through the painful process to submit a missing delivery through the usps. My items where both under $30. I would stay very far away from these idiots and unfortunately use Amazon.

Website was fairly easy to use. Found the part I needed. Shipping was relatively quick. The replacement deli drawer fits perfectly.

Although I didn't ultimately purchase what I needed due to my own error, I can 100% confirm this is a legit company that has top-notch customer service! Will definitely keep them in mind for future needs!

I purchased a item from them that they said would fit. The item will not fit. They are charging me a 10% restocking fee and I have to pay for return shipping. Be warned, do your home work before you buy for them.

The item was as they said it would be. Shipping was quick.

Reasonable price, fast shipping
