Appliance Parts 365Reviews of applianceparts365.com

Appliance Parts makes it easy to order parts. The part I ordered even came earlier than expected, which helped get the job done faster and move on to the next job. I am sold on this alternative online store for my appliance parts needs.

Scam alert. Would never use them ever again. They ship late, charge twice, and when I returned one of the items, I had to send multiple emails over many months to get my money back (minous the restocking fee). I only got my money back when I threatened legal action.

I can't speak to what has happened in the past or what the response is like if difficulties arise. What I can say is that the website is easy to maneuver and place orders. Notification of orders and shipping were timely and adequate. Shipping costs were reasonable. Part ordered was received and fitment was as expected. I had an excellent purchase experience and would not hesitate to place future orders.

This company is a total scam. Do not order from them and do not pay for "express shipping" if you do. I ordered a small pump for a washing machine. The part was $65 but I needed it fast. Express shipping was $33 but would get here in 1-3 days. I ordered on a Saturday and the part shipped Monday. Now I get a notice that it is being sent USPS and won't get here until Friday. That isn't express and the $33 was a total sham. I would NOT order anything from this company again.

I ordered 2 parts, a bottom plate agitator and the bolt for it. Received both parts, the bolt was wrong, emailed them and correct bolt was here in 2 days. Very satisfied with company and turnaround and customer service. I will recommend to all friends. Thank you ,Bobby Chapman, Florida

First class service. Had a faulty part that failed within 30 days. Appliance Parts 365 quickly shipped new part at their cost. Quick, honest communication.

Fast delivery even over the holidays. Standard delivery order Monday before Christmas and received part by Friday. Better price than anywhere else. Wish they had an app. Thanks

Can’t return an incorrect part. Customer service (automated) states they aren’t accepting calls. Tried to use self service returns. It’s just a loop that states “return was not accepted” because a part wasn’t selected. There’s only 1 part! BBB has many complaints, including mine! Even folks who were able to get a return authorization state they never received the refund. Do not shop here!! I doubt I will receive my refund. Learn from my mistake! Shop elsewhere!!!!
