The worst part supplier/ reseller we’ve ever sealed with. We ordered fridge door gasket (over $200 CAD), paid customs fees and in the end I received completely different cheap plastic part. I contacted this company for the refunds and was promised that someone will contact me which never happened.

Easy ordering, fast shipping, item as described, and great price.

Great selection, decent prices. Manufacturer however needs to address packaging as hose is getting kinked which may cause weaking of line due to being tigtly wound on plastic wrapping.

Response to questions is slow and inaccurate. The spare part was received and no notification of shipment was made as promised.

Best customer service and best price on inlet valve not out to make a fortune off people, but there to help. Part fixed washer could not be happier
