Just the part I needed for my dryer

Part arrived OK but one of the alignment and securing tabs was broken. It seems to be working ok, however.

We ordered light bulbs for our range hood. The pictures were clear, the price was reasonable, it was easy to order.

SLOW IN SHIPPING PARTS. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND THEY SAID THEY ARE PREPARING THE ORDER TO SHIP, BUT IT WILL TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND, JUST LIKE I WOULD RECEIVE MY PARTS IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, THEY SAID IT MIGHT BE DUE TO HOLIDAYS! THE SAME THING HAPPENED A MONTH AGO! Update!!! Part never arrived. Requested a cancellation send refund through chat and they disconnected the chat twice. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Sold me a defective part. They did not replace the part. They refunded ~$4.50 for the part but not $7.00 for shipping. Very bad. I'll go through Amazon next time.

Did not receive any email correspondence. I had to contact them daily to get order updates. It took them 5 days to print a shipping label. They printed a label, but have not yet given the package to the USPS for it to start moving within the system. Most people need appliance parts when an appliance is broken, so speedy shipping is necessary. NOT happy. Will not order again.

Placed an order for a recirc pump which was shown as "In Stock". 10 weeks later, I have yet to receive said pump or a refund. Interestingly enough, the item still shows as "In Stock". One can only conclude that this is intentional fraud. This website should be shut down and it's owners prosecuted.... Alas, it will not happen. Caveat emptor; heed the numerous 1-star reviews. Save your soul and our $$$. Buy elsewhere.

Quick, reasonable cost, easy to install
