I ordered a range igniter from this company. A few minutes after placing the order I realized I ordered the wrong part number. I immediately reached out using the email address on the website and asked to cancel that order and I would reorder the correct part. No response to the email and in less than a week the part arrived. I planned to return the part but after requesting a return authorization, it was stated they would not accept electrical, gas, and other items for return or exchange. It could have saved me the trouble and expense if they had read and answered my email to cancel and I would have been glad to reorder. Lost over $42. Will not do business with this Appliance Parts 365 again.

Easy to navigate web site, prompt delivery. Parts were the correct ones and they fit.

Overpriced. No customer service. No update on part after 19 days. Charge ridiculous shipping and then don’t send it. I’m in Canada and I get deliveries all the time from there in 3-4 days. You are just in Ohio FFS. I could drive there in an afternoon. Don’t pretend you are a real company when you are a joke.

Ordering part was easy, price was the best I have found and delivery was quick.
