I received my item and it was just as described. The only thing I think needs improving, I never received a confirmation of my order or notice of shipping. I was a bit concerned. Received my item in about 10 days.

I ordered a replacement ice maker for my fridge on 11/29/22. It was delivered on 12/5/2022. After placing my order I received no confirmation whatsoever that the order was placed. After a day or so I got concerned that I had been directed to a fraudulent site so I reached out via the contact e-mail. I was assured the order was in process and was told I would receive an e-mail with tracking info once shipped. That e-mail never came. After two more days I reached out again and was told the item had been shipped and was provided tracking info at that time. Three days later I received my purchase. The one and only e-mail I've received from applianceparts365, other than ones I initiated, is this one requesting a review. I will say that both times I reached out, Alexis responded to me within 10 minutes, so kudos to her. Maybe someone should take a look at the order system because something seems to be broken. I feel this day in time, order confirmations and shipping confirmations should be automatic and instantaneous. Other than that, Good Job. Ice maker's working great!

Ordered a new replacement crisper drawer of my refrigerator. Price was 20% lower than other online retailers. Part arrived but the the shipping box was open and beat up. The Fedex delivery guy looked like he knew there would be a claim on the package. Inside the drawer was broken. A couple of pictures, a quick online chat with customer service and a short email with the picks and bingo they shipped me a replacement. No hassles what so ever! This one arrived quickly, packed well and in good shape. I can't speak to some of these other reviews but my experience was 5 stars.
