It took a while to build but everything was perfect in the end. Computer has run great every day ever since

I am very pleased with my purchase so far. I’ve had my pc for several months now and have had zero issues with the pc. I did however have to buy a second monitor bc the one that came with it didn’t support the game s I was playing, but I still use it for all my web searches etc. with that being said I would definitely buy from them again.

The computer is great I love it. The only thing I don't like is the wait time. I hate how you have to wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the computer.

My Apex Agent was Rex, he kindly answered all of my questions and concerns I had about my PC. I made a mistake when I bought it and Rex contacted me and asked me if I wanted the recommended items. To sum it up, Rex helped me out tremendously, definitely deserves a 5 Star Review

I had my PC built with the parts I was in the budget for, and received my order about 4 weeks later. It was well worth the wait! Everything about my new computer was as advertised and I have been using it for several months now with absolutely zero issues. If there was one thing I could change, however, it would be to send out an email every time the status of my build has been updated, just to get a ballpark idea of when my computer will be shipped. Besides that, great experience!

I purchased a system for my nephew and I am not a computer person. Overall I was super surprised by the phone calls being answered in less then 1 minute and while my build was delayed the team Jacob mainly were always keeping me up to date. System was plug and play.
