Big expensive disappointment
Waited for a very long time to get my expensive pc, it came off the rip with a bad 4tb disk and a bad windows install, had nothing but issues with the wifi combo chipset, the Bluetooth adapter didn't even make it a full year, tech support has helped but all in all the quality of these parts are just ridiculously bad and almost makes me want to sell the whole thing and go with a company that has better work

Hello Daniel, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. The older type of spinning disk hard drives do unfortunately tend to have a higher failure rate in shipping due to the amount of moving parts they have. This is why we only offer them as cold storage devices in addition to their slower read/write speeds. As always we're more than happy to assist you with the repair or replacement of any failed component. Regarding the corrupted Windows installation, this can unfortunately happen for a multitude of reasons, and this is why we preemptively include a USB thumb drive with the Windows installation media on it. And as always, while we're unable to prevent some of these issues from occurring, we are more than happy to do whatever is needed to correct them for you.
