TOO MUCH TO COVER wont be able to get to it all. been abused since 2011 ADA violations galore from service dog to wheelchair access. to smoking around my oxygen tanks including employees, and others posing a clear and present danger, interfere with quiet enjoyment, claim there is stove but not for me, they lie and say I don’t want one, they ALWAYS neglect the 5 red tags on both the non existent (11 years) Heat and non existent stove (8 years) they negligent the the co2 ALARM was constantly going off, etc etc, Thurman LCC also constructively evicted me more than once changing my gas to their name etc, changing my locks, leaving bother my broken smashed windows unrepaired for 8 plus months, having security demanded my drivers lic yep no picture ID no repair. before making repairs etc etc. asking me if I was going to cry and call my Momie. The manager would deliberately play with my name and constantly call me Mr. Sucks, despite acting weird and looking high more than once. Asking me about my tuba (i play no instrument) and other bizarre things. said I could NOT use my wheelchair here when I asked where I could I was told t stop being a wise ass. no wooden floors they are what I would call plastic (its in their ad) floors not wood but plastic, no garbage disposal,every time which was multiple I went to the computer center it was closed or I was told by management that it wasn’t working, AND the trouble gets worse. they put enough road blocks impending my progress to getting a service dog I was scared to go outside as I was constantly harassed. security stole my cane and also tried to confiscated my camera and evidence I was collecting. it is a dirty filthy place where my parking lot is covered with bottle caps cigarette butts straws sometimes beer bottles cans etc, very dangerous for a disabled person as well as an able body person to transverses I have injured myself many many times here. My balance is already terrible and I fall perfectly well without help abuse or negligence. Mold issues, etc, just terrible lousy retaliatory and SCARY! .

The displayed average star rating for apartments is deliberately misleading. It does not accurately reflect the actual customer reviews. This seems like an intentional tactic to create a false impression of higher customer satisfaction with the apartments. Practices like this potentially violate Oregon's consumer protection laws which aim to ensure fair and truthful information for renters. It's a deceptive practice and should be corrected.

This landlord-oriented site gives false information and makes it appear that it is legal, normal and usually acceptable for landlords to do at least twice a year inspections, which couldn't be FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

Wallburg Landing Apartments (Winston-Salem, NC) review post Rent here, if you want to deal with crooks. My 13 month lease ends this month. I was solicited to sign another lease at my current rent amount of $1204 for a 1 bedroom. Subsequently, the apartment staff changed rates and are now selling 3 of the same size apartments for $1065. Previously, I received a note stuck in my door with warning to sign lease or I'd have to pay current market rate. I'm glad I didn't sign another lease after discovering the market rate drop and the crooks tried to get me to extend lease with payments amounting to at least $150 more a month. Translation is that if I walked in off street today, I could lease my same apartment plan for less. This month, i received a rent bill with an additional $100 fee imposed as penalty for not signing the crook's lease and going monthly. I've always paid rent early during my stay. Additionally, since I've been here there have been numerous instances of criminal activity. I've had management staff enter my apartment for no reason and it was brushed off as accident when they set off my alarm. Sheriff deputies at complex as well as straight up DEA agents. Yes, you need a real alarm in this place. Beware of crooks.

I have posted two reviews that were both negative about 425 Glen st and they removed them both. They show false information about apartments so when you move from one state to another you are blindsided by what u see and what is represented on their site.

This site is clearly biased. I just spent a couple hours writing and re-writing a review, a very honest review. They keep deleting it for no good reason. And that’s if it gets submitted at all, often I get an error message. I’ve read their guidelines and don’t get it, I’m not naming people, cussing or giving personal information. This is ridiculous. Don’t trust that site!

I’ve posted several reviews on this site, and they all get deleted. Turns out, if property owners object to a review, this site will delete them.

They are a joke. As a real estate professional I was stunned when they rejected my posting. They wanted a copy of the deed to the property to allow advertisement...wow!!
