I am revising my rating from 2 to 4 stars because they responded to my emails and when I resubmitted my review it was posted timely. My original 2 stars was because it appeared that they were suppressing a 2 star review I submitted of the apartment complex where I currently live. I don't know what happened with my original review, but the 2nd one I submitted was posted timely.
