I had never lived in an apartment before, so I was a little apprehensive at first. However, my experience at The Reserve has been very positive. The community is quiet, and so far I feel safe living here. The apartments are nice. The rent is a little on the expensive side for an apartment, but that’s pretty common everywhere these days. The application and move-in process was quick and easy, which made the transition much less stressful. The office staff, maintenance team, and everyone I’ve interacted with have been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Wendy has been especially amazing throughout the entire process. She made everything go smoothly and was always available to answer questions and help get me moved in. The only downside for me is that grilling isn’t allowed because my family loves to barbecue. Even so, I understand the reason behind the rule and appreciate that it’s in place for safety. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to move here and would recommend The Reserve to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, welcoming place to call home.

I currently live at The Birchs, I’ve lived there for going on 7 years and living there has been great, The cleanness of the complex and the people in the office and neighbors have been and are great.

I have two homes that I rent through apartments.com. While it is not my primary source for tenants, I love that after setting up a lease all the payments are automated. I don't have to receive sign and deposit checks. It is a real time saver. My tenants also like the convenience.

The management at Hamilton House Apartments in Berea, Ohio were fantastic. Extremely easy to work with, and they displayed a caring manner. The apartment is nice, new, renovated and clean. Kevin and Steve Hagen should be commended. I highly recommend this complex.

Been a resident for over 2 years and very happy with Eagles’ Landing…they really keep after the grounds and have a great maintenance team…they respond nearly instantly…the office is always helpful and friendly and seem genuinely interested in the quality of life here. I love all of the greenery and happy that there are no huge/high buildings in this complex.
