I had a wonderful time crocheting the first six kits for the Irish Fields Gansey afghan. Unfortunately, the recent site migration has caused so many problems that I can no longer see my subscription and I haven't received a kit in over 2 months. Resubscribing isn't an option as I already have the first 6 kits. I hope the company is able to get themselves together soon, otherwise they will lose all their customers.

I signed up for a subscription kit. The Irish afghan kit is beautiful and I've completed the first square. I was so excited to do this afghan. Imagine my surprise when, after a lot of fighting with it, when I logged into my account, it said I don't have any subscriptions and have never ordered anything from them. When I contacted customer service, I was told they're migrating and making improvements that they're really excited about. Well, I was excited about doing the kit. That was almost 2 weeks ago now...and still nothing. When I checked again this morning, my account is still empty.

Horrible!!!!

I have submitted 4 emails to customer support regarding the same issue and I still have not gotten a response. All of this started with the merger of Annie's Kit Clubs and Annie's Catalog into the new Annie's Attic. Not all of my memberships transferred and there seems like there's no one to assist. Beware of this company! I wouldn't recommend

They waited four business days to send a meaningless/"we don't know what's wrong response" response to my original request. Then, I waited days and they still never followed up. Same story as everyone else, "Thank you for your patience... that’s definitely not the experience we want for you." Brutal. I'm so glad I know this and came here before making some big purchases for my class!

I am having the same issue everyone else is having. I received the first kit within a week of ordering…and now almost two months later, nothing. I have reached out to someone in their wholesale business, and she was very, very nice. Unfortunately she really did not have an answer…she asked for patience. I’m okay with that, but I’m sad not be working on this afghan, which was supposed to be a gift. Has anyone else gotten a shipment?

I ordered a kit on May 7 and selected twice a week delivery. I have NOT received the first kit even though they said it would be received within 5-7 days. My order is processing still and my second kit is supposed to pull next week from my account and I’ve not even got the first one. I attempted to reach out to their customer support but have only received a canned response. I searched up and found their customer service number but they tell you in a recorded message if you are calling about kits or their website you have to use their online only form and the number is only for their book club and magazine subscriptions. It is absolutely ridiculous they have no means for anyone to ACTUALLY talk to a person for a subscription service besides submitting a prefilled form on their site. The charge for the kit is still pending with my bank so I can’t even dispute the charge so the money is tied up. I’m furious because in the past I’ve heard nothing but positives regarding their kits and now I can’t even get my first kit in a timely fashion.

Due to the website migration, I have not received the last kit to complete my crochet project. And I am not the only one. I submitted a request for customer service and have not received anything. My final kit is over two weeks late with no estimated shipping date given.
