Was a loyal customer for years but ever since March 2025 and their change of branding all kit subscriptions were suspended leaving me with two incomplete projects I can’t finish and missed out on being able to gift the completed projects as intended this month for graduations. Customer service is non-existent and just send form responses. Just awful experience and months work and money down the drain on projects that can’t be completed.

I have 3 kit club subscriptions that were initiated before the migration to the new website. After waiting months for the next shipment, they sent me kit #1 for all 3 subscriptions, even though I was father along in the project. I have sent an email requesting assistance on returning the kits and how to go about getting the correct kits in the future, but have not received a response. I am very disappointed with company at this point.

Yarn and pattern just stopped arriving, and no response from customer service. Not sure I'll be able to finish. Very discouraging

I have to assume all of their customer service reps have quit and they're just maintaining radio silence until they've fixed their site migration issues, OR that they're just never going to speak to any of the Annie's Kit Club members again. I have emailed them regularly for the past 6 weeks, asking for updates on when my subs will be visible again in my account and when my shipments will resume, and have heard nothing. We received absolutely no notice that this site migration was happening, and were left to assume we had broken links when everything started redirection to Annie's Attic. Terrible, terrible, terrible project management and customer service.

I started the Moroccan tile kit club back in January and I have received four kits. Annies has since changed their website and I have not received my kit for either April or May and when I look on the website, it’s as if my subscription was canceled or no longer was valid. I have gotten no information no emails nothing from them and it’s been a very sad experience. I would really like to complete this Afghan as it’s a beautiful piece of work however I am unable to at this point because I can’t get any more kits or information from the company.

If I could have given a negative rating, I would have. But all I could check is one star. The experience is not even one star. I have had extremely poor customer service with Annie’s Attic. I have spent 3 weeks trying to pay a bill online, have gotten a fine for being late and not getting any response on how I can pay the bill. Evidently they only want you to mail in your bill and not accept online payments. Every-time I have tried to call the number on the bill, the phone tree refers me to the web page. I go to the web page and nothing happens. No way to pay a bill. Going to a completely digital platform with no phone service has destroyed my confidence in this company to continue. I have also checked the box to let annieskitclubs.com know about my negative review. Good luck in getting any response.

The customer service is horrible. I have sent multiple emails only to have them completely ignored. When the company switched to Annie's Attic my subscription was lost. I did receive my next kit since the switch over, but the digital bookshelf instructions are missing, and they never even acknowledged my multiple requests for it to be added. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

I was halfway through the Irish Fields afghan when the company became Annie's Attic. My subscription disappeared and it's been over 2 months since I received the last "installment." I emailed and was told that "it's still there,you just can't see it." But still no new pattern coming. I've spent hours on the afghan. I think I'm going to turn it into a lap blanket and call it a day with Annie. I can't imagine what would get my business back with this company.
