After a change in their computer system, I have waited over 10 weeks for my kit installment 5 of 10. I can not speak to a person, only email communication. They can not give me a date when my kit will resume. It is very disappointing to get stalled out on the kit that should be finished by now.

Three months ago I would have given Annie's 5 stars. Now, if I could give zero I would. I have 2 Afghan subscriptions with them. Every month, they send yarn and written instructions on how to complete a section of your afghan. It also has step by step videos to follow. When all is said and done, these afghans will cost over $300 each but the real value is for the videos. Three months ago, they migrated their website. My content was lost and I can no longer see the videos. They continue to send the kits (no written instructions anymore either!) and bill me but without the videos or instructions, the $8 worth of yarn they send for $30 is useless. Now I have hundreds of dollars into yarn and half finished afghans. They shut down their phone number saying their customer service is all digital now but I have sent repeated emails with no response.

I purchased a subscription to the happy days afghan club in January, received the first 4 kits. I emailed repeatedly with nothing but an automated response. I finally found a phone number and spoke with a pretty rude person that didn’t want to hear what I had to say. She dis finally reactivate my subscription, and kit 5 did get mailed well over a month late. When I received the kit, there wasn’t a pattern, only a note saying they want to start doing a digital pattern, so I go to the site, and patterns for kits 1-4 are there. No kit 5, so I have yarn but no pattern. Also, now since they skipped a month, I won’t be able to complete this by Christmas, which is why I bought it. Very frustrated and I’m glad I only purchased one subscription, I almost purchased a couple more.

I started a project in the first week of January 2025. Everything was fine until the first week of April. They changed their website, now nothing has been shipped to me in two months. You cannot call customer service. You can email but most of the time you receive an automated response. Very frustrating

I have done quite a few kit clubs through Annies and have loved them! Yes, they are kind of pricey but for me, it works perfectly to keep me engaged. I have also bought classes and patterns and yarn and I was a loyal customer. Now, I am so frustrated with them I just want to spit. The last time I received a kit was in March. I'm supposed to get a kit a month. I have sent off emails both to Customer Service and also for Missing items and have NOT received a response. I called them and the recording says that they are now happy to let us know everything is digital. I love my geek side and love technology, however, sometimes a real live person to answer a simple question would be helpful. I do NOT recommend you purchase anything from this company.

In the past I have used their patterns and afghan kits and thought they were well written. Recently I have ordered their kits for amigurumi. The kits do not contain enough materials to complete. Since migrating to a new platform customer service is non-existent. There is no phone number to call and after 3 online requests, I got an email that assumed my gauge was off without even asking me my measurements. So now, I have a half finished project which I paid for and am unable to complete. I will keep the pattern and use my own materials but this represents a weeks worth of work that has been wasted as I will need to start over from scratch again using my own materials. They have nice patterns but very poor customer service. They also cost more than competitors.

Since they have changed there name they have sent me the same craft 2 months in a row, so I cancelled my subscription and found a new craft company with 5 star reviews. I will never subscribe to this company again. It's gone to hell since it's changed name and people

Ever since they migrated to Annie's Attic, their site has lost all functionality. They seem to have no record of my ongoing subscription and despite submitting the missing bookshelf item form 3 times, I still do not have the pattern for my kit that arrived a month ago. I enjoyed my crochet kit very much, but it's a complete waste of money with how awful their site and customer service is. I hope they can get their act together soon.
