Glad I'm not the only one. Sad that it has come to this though. I just finished the 6th of 9 squares for my Aran blanket. When I go into my account it shows I have no subscriptions and no orders. Yet all 6 of my digital files are still available. It also said I had no payment method on file, but when I try to add one the Paypal square does nothing and the add credit card square just says add card info but there are no fields to add the info. I'm seriously disappointed as I've already spent a pretty penny on this so far and now I have a partially done blanket. Sure jhope they fix what they did soon.

I have enjoyed creating several of Annie's afghan kits in the past, but recently can not access the video tutorial for the Happy Days Afghan. When I emailed customer service I received an email in return that said my account had been cancelled. I do not want to cancel my account. Please assist with this miscommunication.

April 2025, things came to a halt !!!! I have been receiving Kits 1-7 for the Moroccan Christmas Spice afghan, under Annies Kit Club. The middle of April, they merged with Annies Attic, and all my information, kit subscription, and all access to my patterns and video tutorials have vanished !!! I am hoping, with the merge, that my Annies Kit Club subscription is merged into the new Annies Attic. Fortunately, all the squares are done, and if I have to figure out the 3 remaining borders, somehow I will. But this is very upsetting.

Like Laurie R on April 15, 2025 I am having the same or worse experience because I also ordered a child’s kit in addition to the crochet kit. They erroneously merged shipping and billing to a child, I can't get to videos to get instruction for the crochet blanket but can for a Childs craft kit. I believe its time to get in touch with the Better business bureau group, and notify state officials. These kit clubs are expensive and think this co is in default or possibly being operated off shore.

If I could give a zero star I would. You CANNOT get someone on the phone, EVER. It states online to email and you will be contacted within 24 hours...its been 78 so far. I called a place that answered and they said they no longer handle Annies customer service but will send them an email. I have done this method TWICE, nothing happened...But I was also promised a phone call by TODAY...I have NOT received a phone call. I am beyond pissed. My 2nd kit has not arrived. I cannot work on the blanket. I would simply ask for a refund but how can you when they have NO WAY TO CALL THEM!!! Also when I login...all y things are gone! I can do nothing online.

I can't get rid of these people. Do not sign up or you will be hounded for the rest of your life, constantly, with their texts and emails. I belonged to the Fat Quarter club for a short time a couple years ago and cancelled my membership. I still get at least five or six emails and text message DAILY. I have asked them to stop, deleted all messages, deleted and listed as junk mail. unsuscribed, written to them and they still won't stop. It is to the point of harassment. I need to have my phone on the business and family reasons and I am constantly interrupted by messages from Annie's. I just want them to go away and they won't. Take it from me, don't get started because you will never, ever, get rid of them.

They keep sending me wrong instructions or wrong color yarn. I love the completed projects, but I’m done. I’m tired of waiting for the right items to complete my project.

Do not order from Annie's. I ordered a subscription for the monthly crochet kit. They only sent one. I thought I did something wrong so I ordered the subscription again. They sent one kit but they charged my credit two times for that one kit. Called customer service for a credit. The reps did not understand English and they were not helpful. The first person disconnected the call. Will never do business with them again. Bad results from start to finish! BEWARE!
