No customer response. Blocking any responses on Facebook. Email is canned responses ignoring original request for information. The kits are high quality, and fun to do, but since their last upgrade it has been well over a month to get any information about current subscriptions

I bought the girls club subscription. My only complaint is that Halloween came in August and I just received Christmas in October. I wish your schedule was more in tune with the season. Each craft takes about an hour. It does not take months for a project. I find I am hiding them upon arrival until it’s closer to the “theme” of the craft.
