Horrible experience. I purchased a kit and received my first installment in April. Nothing was sent after that until today 7/14 and it’s the wrong installment. I never received kit two. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to contact them on many occasions and receive a computer generated email back explaining that they are updating their website. Customer service is so bad. At this rate it’s going to take two years to receive 12 monthly kits. I would not order from them again!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star
I wouldn't even give them 1 star! Since Annies kit club merged with Annies Attic. I was actually falling i lobe with this company till than! The customer service is horrible. The kept ok double charging my act and sending me the wrong product. Yes, finally after several month they got my orders on track. I recently ordered a kit for $175.00 they sent me all white yarn and they are doing NOTHING to fix the issue. They asked for a picture of what was sent and I sent several pictures to them right away, and I have not heard from them again! They won't even respond to the many emails I sent regarding the issue. Its trully a shame!

BEWARE
I have one kit left on a blanket and I can’t get it. I have been trying to get it for months. I bought another kit and they yarn was not the quality I wanted for the price I paid. I sent it back a while ago and still haven’t gotten a refund. BEWARE!

They ask for patience on their web site…
They ask for patience on their web site and I gave it to them - but then they sent me the wrong kit after 2 mos of no kits. I emailed and waited days for a response. No response, so I tried to cancel subscription. I got errors on the web page trying to do that. I emailed again and this time I was very angry and I reiterated that I would not pay for random kits. I tried again that night and was able to cancel the subscription. I sent another email asking for a refund of the random kit sent to me. That night at midnight I received my first response from Kathy in customer service. She responded to the email rant I wrote when I got errors trying to cancel- she responded with “You canceled this subscription at 5pm.”
That was it. I have sent several more emails requesting a refund- but it has been days and no more responses. So I know they are looking at the emails - just choosing not to do anything about them.
I loved the product and have been a loyal customer for 3 years. But I will never purchase another item from this company. I have been contacting friends who I recommend this company to and let them know to stay far away from Annies Attic

Annie’s recently went through a website…
Annie’s recently went through a website change and in the process I was billed 3x for the month of June. I cancelled service, emailed customer service- it was never made right. Thinking it was cancelled because it showed service cancelled on my dashboard, I was surprised to see a charge for a crochet kit coming in July! For a pattern sent in June! And the kit arrives in a couple days! So now my dashboard has 2 cancelled subscriptions and I’m down 30 more dollars because they can’t get their act together!

Bills keep coming and no patterns or materials.
This is my 4th kit with annies. I have bit received the last 3 mailings. I have called in and paid in advance. I just got another bull. Still no mailings of yarn and on-going patterns. I'm making this,as a donation and can't finish it. The number I connected on was happy to take payments, not available to help with marerials. I've sent many emails as well. I'm behind 3 mailings

Great kits, but system transition is an epic fail
I did a full kit of an Afghan that was really fun, and the finished product was beautiful. The instructions were clear, and the shipments came every two weeks as promised. However, I started a new blanket kit in April. I'm supposed to get a shipment every two weeks. I got the first one, but then they transitioned to their new Anniesattic.com system. It absolutely blows me away that now 3 months later, the subscription hasn't started back up again. I've only received the canned response to any inquiries. It's a shame, because it's obvious that a great deal of work by some talented people have gone in to making these kits, but whatever program management, or lack thereof, went into this transition is probably the worst I've ever seen. The blanket that I'm doing is Christmas themed. Had the original schedule been kept, I would have had it done in time for the holidays. Now I fear that when they ever do finally get it going again, it won't be in time for me to enjoy it this holiday season. I also timed it so that I would have something to do while recuperating from knee replacement surgeries. My plan was to save up the kits to work while I was recuperating. I've already had one knee replaced 7 weeks ago, and yet I've only had that one kit to work and it's been sitting in a bag for weeks awaiting the next shipment. Please, AA! You can do better!
