Purchased F3800 plus for off grid cabin…
Purchased F3800 plus for off grid cabin application with expansion battery. These products are of high quality and well made. So far I am powering a small cabin with no problems. Shipping was excellent. Received equipment in multilple deliveries within 3-7 days of order. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Extra battery never came.
The sales people had me believing if I waited till 7 May to order that the order that I placed that they reviewed. I would receive a free battery because of the 15,000 threshold was met, but after ordering the same order that they believed I would receive that battery never came. Also, I was under the understanding I could get the generator free prior to ordering and paying for one but I was OK with that since I was going to get a free battery that never came.

Anker SOLIX c2000 gen2 power station…
Anker SOLIX c2000 gen2 power station and expansion battery was delivered together and on time. This combo is able to power all my electronics (65" 4k tv, 2010 ti gpu computer, projector, soundbar, subwoofer, rear speakers, phone charger etc...) in my living room during peak times and charges during super off-peak time using the Anker SOLIX phone app using the TOU mode. I don't even have to use AC input during regular off-peak time. A great product with an easy to use app.

Anker Repeat Customer for a Reason
I have several Anker products from USB Cords to small and large Power Banks. I have two of the Solix C300, a C1000 and an F3000 and they are all great and highly recommend these to anyone who needs a quality and reliable power bank in these sizes.

Added the C2000 Gen 2 to my other Anker…
Added the C2000 Gen 2 to my other Anker power stations. Asking with the F3800 and C1000 Green 2, also adding the S2000 soon as soon as it's available. Integrating all into one app and will allow me to customize what is powered when needed
