I'm in day two of high frustration. The device does not work, at all. I also positive customer service, though pleasant, and tech support may not know what's going on either, which is actually very scary. I really thought this could have been a true answer to my prayer but should I even trust this product at this point? I advocated for it, telling my friends and family but I'll have to change my mind. I'm an unhappy, let down and unsatisfied customer. I'll have to ask for a full refund.

We had issues with a device not functioning properly, which is normal with these types of devices and Angelsense sent a new device to fix the issue. They also modified the device so listen in is disabled during school hours since adhere with our our school district policy. this device provides my wife and I tremendous peace of mind to know exactly where our non verbal son is during the day.

With a child who has safety awareness issues, I didn't know how I was going to make it through the new school year without special assistance. Angelsense has worked out great. Great product, great price, and great customer service when we have needed it.

I have a non-verbal but very active special needs daughter and my ability to relax after years of worry each time my child was in the care of others (school), has been a relief. My daughter has ran from her school in the split moment her attendants were pre-occupied, and the call a parent receives that your child is missing, the school is on lock down but they have been unable to find her on the premises, but know that the police are searching the surrounding area....your heart skips a beat, you get nauseated, and pray to God to protect her. I now have an opportunity with Angel Sense to know I can track her at all times. I've told every parent I've met with the same concerns, every case manager for court systems, MHMR, ARC, and teachers about this system. I wish I had been able to have this system years ago.

I have significant concerns when my nonverbal adult child with autism left the safety of his long term school placement to enter an adult Day program. They go out into the community on a regular basis. AngelSense allows me to know where he is at all times.

We ordered our Angel Sense with no problems. We used it for about 6 weejs when we noticed it would alert us our son had left school. This happened 3 times in one week and each time we had to call and go to the school to check on him. We knew it wasn't accurate due to the route it showed he had went was through trees, buildings, etc. We called and were sent a new device on a different network. Immediately the same thing happened. We attempted for 4 months to use this device but ultimately it was a failure. Not only was the GPS very inaccurate but the listen in feature was faulty. When you dial in to listen in to your child's surroundings you can't hear anything except fuzzy background noise. You can't actually make out words being said or noises around them at all. We called in December 2015 to report our unhappiness and to request a cancellation and refund for December. Flash forward to January and February 2016. Our bank account was drafted both months for angel sense. Upon finally noticing I called in in February and they saw where we had requested the refund and stated someone would call us back yo approve the refund within 5 days. No one called. I called a week later was told the same thing that it would be 3-5 days and a manager would call me to approve the refund. I waited and called a 3rd time the first week of March 2016. Same response. Still no cancellation and still no refund almost 4 months later and still being charged. Horrible customer service. Horrible product.
