Not impressed! We have had it for 3 years. Have been having problems- no signal- unnamed locations can't add them if they're too close to another business and on and on. I have to call frequently to address problems and every time I get a different answer. This is supposed to keep my grandson safe; he has severe autism. Nonverbal and elopes. Not good does not give me piece of mind and does not keep him safe!

Not having a great experience. It needs charging daily . I thought it would last a couple of days at least . When in places not named , it drains the battery faster ,which is ridiculous because if theyre lost. They're not gonna be in named places . You get 60 minutes a month with the plan. That wouldn't be too bad IF there was a way for the watch to disconnect when it goes to voicemail . So many times it's been knocked in his sleep or he's called while I'm calling hom and its gone to voicemail. 8 minutes every time . Stupid ! The watch also auto answers after a couple of seconds . Great of you just need to hear what's going on but useless if you want them to know you're actually calling them. The first time I used the "copy location" link , it said he was in lybia or somewhere like that . Tonight when I log on to it ,the circle it goes to is my house. I have to select the options to get directions to where he is or zoom out and look for him . Why is it telling me where I am ? I don't have the watch on and I dont need to know where I am . I know where I am because I'm there !!! So this has added more messing about to find his location. Not great in an emergency andnif you're going in and out of the app to track someone. Also if you need to rely on carers charging it each day , good luck . I'm sick of calling them to do it . Some will. Others won't bother .

The fact that you don’t have a simple function where you can click on the location of your loved one and get directed to Google Maps or Apple Maps or get the exact address or their location is unthinkable. We want to track our loved ones, and be able to get to them…instead we have to go through loops to find an address in the area to get there. Horrible.

We have tried both available cellular services and both have poor connectivity at our home. That is the price we pay living in the country. When he has high anxiety the call for help feature makes it super easy for him to call step mom and find relief. I would, will and do highly recommend this.

We ordered the GPS 2 model (thinking it was smaller than the GPS 1, which in reading reviews just realized the GPS 1 is smaller) and this thing is SO bulky and it makes my 9 year old insecure around his peers. The service is good in more populated areas, but we live just out of town and our subdivision has 4 acre wooded lots (new subdivision) and at our home it is constantly "no service". One of the reasons why we got this is because we do live in a wooded lot and subdivision, but NEVER works here on our property. If you can watch TV on a watch today and be able to do all the things that our devise does, why doesn't AngelSense realize it's 2017 and not in the dark ages. We are going to do research on finding a new service that offers the same benefits, smaller that hopefully has service at our home and switch when our year contract is up. So disappointed.

Hi Debbie, Sorry to hear you were not aware of the size being a bit larger before you ordered. We do have a comparison chart on our Help section with sizes and the different features: http://support.angelsense.com/All-Devices/880672871/Comparison-of-the-AngelSense-devices.htm As far as the size of the device, we are always testing smaller devices and continue to work on making it smaller but prefer to not compromise on the advanced features that require certain amounts of hardware including the larger battery. When we first chose these devices, we tested over 90 different ones until we found the ones that fit our technology. My 10 year old wears his GPS 2 on the accessory belt under his clothes. Please order a belt accessory via your app if you would like to try it out. We are also coming out with an undershirt in the next few months which has a more discreet pocket on the back. We do have a 30 day money back trial period and will refund you if the wearing issue isn't resolved during that time. Another thing you mentioned was the reception. In the last few weeks we rolled out a new app update and if you upgrade your current system you will be able to connect the device to wifi in your home so that it will be visible in your wifi area. I hope these tips helped you get to know the device and app better and really hope that your son is able to adjust with wearing it possibly with the belt. The device is difficult to get to charge. If you do not use it every day it still has to be put on to charge. my house doesn't get a gps signal inside. I can not make places small enough on the map to tell my house from one next door. or from one school building to the next. These things are important when you have a child who can wander. I have not used the listening feature.

Hi Diane, Thanks for the feedback! 1. GPS doesn't work indoors anywhere. We are working on a new feature that will allow your device to be connected to your wifi while indoors. This will reduce the battery usage. 2. The AngelSense GPS tracker is meant to be used everyday but if you aren't planning to do that, I suggest that you let the battery run out and only charge it the night before you plan to use it. A full charge takes approx. 4 hours. 3. The geofences have a 100 ft minimum radius but in the near future we are updating the app so that you will be able to view location according to wifi spots - for instance if your child is at school and goes from one building to the next, you would be able to see according to what they name their wifi spots where he is exactly. It's a pretty neat feature and bypasses the issue of minimum radius geofences which we can't change. You should definitely use the listen in feature - it's cool! If you have any usage questions or any technical issues, please feel free to contact customer support via your app or use online chat during office hours. Kind regards, Sidra Collins Community Manager, AngelSense

The listen in feature might as well not even be offered. None of the audio is comprehensible. Definitely needs an upgrade. Rather expensive for old, tired technology. GPS works ok.
