Great service, quality
I have ordered from Ana Luisa many, many times and have always had a good experience. When one if my pieces broke, they did a great job at fixing the problem by giving me a credit to use on a new piece of jewelry, since the original design was sold out. I would recommend Ana Luisa.

Très déçue
Très déçue, commande d’une petite bague chaîne dorée (modèle Shiso)… et la qualité n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. Non seulement elle est bien moins belle que sur des photos visiblement ultra retouchées, mais elle a commencé à se dédorer en moins d’une semaine. Tout ça pour 36€ !… C’est se moquer des gens. Ne cédez pas aux sirènes des multiples influenceuses qui font la promotion de cette marque. Pour moi en tout cas, ce sera la première et la dernière fois.

I bought a big bundle of earnings and I…
I bought a big bundle of earnings and I wasn’t sure if I want to keep all of them. After trying to refund a pair, it turned the refund from UK costs £30! I understand the company is based in US but cmon guys, that’s a price of a pair of earrings. I also bought a bundle with ear cuff and lost it within an hour as it wasn’t sticking to the ear strongly enough.
