Buggy website and stupid upsell
I only wanted to order one pair of earrings. Tho there is upsell after my payment to try to let me add more to the order, I click "no thanks". However, still another pair of earring is added to my order in the end. The website is so buggy and extremely slow. Maybe spend less money on marketing and more money on actually fixing the system and not fool people by upselling. It will destroy brand trust. Never buying again and not going to recommend to others.
