I like the product a lot and it was fairly easy to install. My issues were with the ordering process. It seemed like it got lost in their system after I placed the order. It was very difficult to get them to respond to my emails and phone calls about status of the stair lift shipping. What was originally told to me to be delivered about 2 weeks after my initial order turned into about 5 or 6 weeks. Made for some challenging stair navigations for the user until it arrived. It works great and I'm very pleased with the product.

I am very disatisfied. The stair lift I paid over five thousand dollars for is still not working after almost six weeks. Everyone is very nice, but that does NOT get my mother up the stairs. Another motor needed ordered. It took a while just to get it ordered. The parts are in and the installer has ghosted me. Phone calls not answered, messages ignored. Zero communication and we have a five thousand dollar decoration. I am very disappointed. If ANYONE at Ameiglidr Stair lift who can help sees this, please contact me. My mother is an invalid and we need this working.

Ameriglide Customer service was top notch after my fathers health declined he needed help getting up from a seated to standing position. After research Ameriglide seemed to have the answer we were looking for with a chair capable of meeting our requirements. Seeking with a great customer service rep we ordered the the lift chair and it met our expectations my father uses it every day and we are all thankful for this amazing product.

It came with a wire unconnected and we had to get tech help which was very good. Tech walked us through each step and individual wire until we found the un connected one. Once it was running we like it very much. Easy to operate.

Well, I know Ameriglide does millions of dollars of these chair lifts and the sale was easy, but, $3000 is a lot of money to each consumer. I found myself nervous about that much money coming out of my account so quick and not even seeing or knowing when the chair would be installed. Greg

It's a excellent purchase the gentleman that came to install it did a awesome job & it was a excellent buy for myself being disabled. Our daughter recently broke her ankle and it was so helpful for this also.

Only issue that I have is the installation instructions is very vague for a piece of equipment that is supposed to be put together with precision.

I am a contractor and have some very mechanically inclined people working for me. the installation was not at all difficult, but would have been made better easier with one or two more measurements we never saw any recommendation as to how much overhang top or bottom was recommended. this would be something easy for you to add to installation instructions
