Oh My Goodness, We Love our AmeriGlide, it has already with many things, not just going up and down the stairs. It helps with groceries, YEA!!!!! I helps in bringing everything up stairs. My husband has a very bad knee, (should be replaced) and he is downs stairs in basement working on different wood projects. He is up and down and so am I. So with bad knees, hips, not a strong as we used to be, AMERIGLIDE You are our Miracle. Jack is always saying "I sure am Glad we got this, it is WELL WORTH IT. Thank you; The Hendersons

Good product, works well. Directions for installation are a bit lacking in needed detail in one or two of the steps, but otherwise installation went well.

Well, the unit came and all the parts were there but the manual for installation did not match the model purchased even though it said it was the same model. The person installing ot for me viewed the on line video which was no help at all. He had to make MANY calls to your company and it took a few days to get everything working as it should be. We tried to contact a service person in our area and no such person exists. I am very disappointed with your advertised service however, the salesman I purchased the unit from finally did guide us to an individual who advised us with the installation. Thanks TJ. I am crossing my fingers that the unit which is much needed continues to work.My husband is on hospice and I don't need any extra stressors to deal with.

Our stair lift was shipped in a very timely matter. The installer was quick to respond and did a great job installing it. He cleaned up his mess as well. We have had no problems with our stair lift. It's a very smooth ride up and down. It's perfect!

As Promised. The installer came as promised, on a Sunday, actually earlier than promised that morning after a phone call. He was in and out in a few hours and did a good job with the installation and cleaned up after himself. He and I engaged in conversation as he worked and he seemed like a very nice fellow. No complaints. The unit is easy to use and seems to work fine. My wife is happy to be able to once again get up stairs to get in bed. Happy wife, Happy life. I wholly recommend this company, unit, and installer.

I've placed an order of the Rave stairlift over the phone, it went smoothly. Got the packages in well-protected boxes on time. Everything was included, nothing was missing which made my installation w/o any hiccups. A minor suggestion though, this Rave model is actually a Pinnacle from Harmar, so it would be cool if including the self-installation video of the Pinnacle.

Hi; I recently purchased a "Rave" stairlift and installed it myself. I took my time and spent time on each direction. I got it installed, but the instructions were not very clear to understand. The pictures were so dark that you really couldn't see what, should have been clear enough to see, what you guys wanted the customer to see. Instead of pictures, why not use drawings instead. Also, draw out the various parts and name them. You guys know what a part is called, but the customer has to figure it out. I am very happy with the lift!! It's great!!!

Very disappointed in the limbo status of delivery. I paid for my lift in full and was given a delivery date of last week of July. Upon an expectation of the lift arriving by July 31 2020 I started inquiring with my salesperson Monday July 27 to provide tracking info all I have gotten to date is an excuse that he is awaiting info . Let's be honest somebody in the ranks should be able to give a factual response NOTHING BUT CRICKETS
