Good Price and front end sales were good. Couldnt get an instller recommended and had to find my own. Top bearing burned out on our Atlas Hercules 750 II after a month. They dont send someone on their warranty so we had to send someone, order parts, and will have to have them come back once we get the parts. All at a cost to us on a one month old unit. They are covering the parts. In otherwords, there is no real warranty after you sign and order the deal. Good front end experience but very disappointed in the back end and product so far.

It was explained to me that the only difference between the lift I ordered and an elevator is the travel speed and weight capacity. However the lift is also not automated (have to hold operations buttons) and there is no interior safety gate. During the installation the documentation was inaccurate and often listed procedures or parts that were no longer accurate. The startup procedures were virtually non-existent. Initial shipment didn't include lift floor. The later it was discovered that the top supports were for another model. Also the initial PLC shorted out. So overall the install took about three months instead of the planned couple of days. During this process calls and emails went unanswered and only a single tech support from Atlas was available intermittently as his schedule allowed. Overall this was a misleading product representation with zero product support.

If I would know that you had a agent in Allentown PA, I wouldn't brought it on line and telephone. Your agent at national office just didn't do his job. Matt Miller the agent here at Allentown got the pieces in off my deck in the rain and had it install the next day. My wife and I enjoying the chair rail.

So far it's been an excellent experience. Still waiting on delivery and installation.

Needed a chairlift for my wife in our new house. After a half hour reviewing the options and installation with Taylor Vandiver on the phone, I ordered the Rave chair lift. It arrived a few days later in 3 boxes. That weekend I installed it with a friend's help. Took about 2 hours including moving the boxes into the house and worked perfectly. No problems at all. I recommend watching the videos online a couple of times to avoid mistakes on install.No special tools needed. I had a drill, hammer, and driver bits and that was all I needed.

I love my stair lift.

Good product at a good price. Straight forward installation. Took me about four hours to have it up and running. Wife is real happy with it.
