All I can say is EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Kelly Clevenger was awesome!!! At first I wasn’t confident in taking the measurements but Kelly did a video call with me and he assisted me with those measurements!!! He could have easily charged me $150 to have someone come out to measure but instead he went above abs beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and it did!!! Ron, the installer, was equally wonderful!!! He told me what to do of the battery dies and he also left a couple of magnets won’t his number in case anything malfunctions!!! My stairlifts work wonderful!!!! Thanks again AMERGLIDE!!!!

I paid to have the stairlift delivered and installed for my dad and I was told I had to measure which I am terrible at and when the installers came the measurements were wrong and they guys left and we still dont have our stairlift installed and my father has to sleep downstairs in his chair. If I'm paying $2600 I want it measured and installed ASAP.

Great service

We decided to buy a stair lift for future use. After doing a bunch of research we found that the Rave was one we could afford and appeared to have low maintenance. After trying to buy locally, having some people come out, measure and give us quotes, we were very disillusioned at the cost. I called the national number from online and got connected to Kelly Clevenger. We were not quite ready to buy one but he gave us additional information and told us we could install it ourselves if that was the hold up. We waited a few weeks and Kelly kept in close contact with us during that time. Although Kelly was persistent, he didn't bug us too much. Eventually we ordered a Rave at a fair price. It arrived in about three weeks. Self-installation went pretty good in spite of the incomplete and confusing directions. It is in and operating as it should. After a week of non-use, the lift wouldn't work. I called service and a tech named Buddy explained what could be wrong. After making the adjustments he had advised, it works again and I now understand the issues we had. All is good.

Excellent help and instruction and use from Roger Adams. Installation was easy and professionally done by a gentleman from the Ameriglide staff. Product itself is easy to use and safe. I would highly recommend AmeriGlide for anyone needing a chair lift.

When the specific chair I was interested in was delayed by 6-8 weeks at manufacturer’s, Ameriglide representative identified a different model of the same chair which resulted in delivery of that chair within 10 days! Thank you, Chris!
