The salesperson was very helpful. The price was reasonable. Delivery came a little earlier than expected which was great. My only issue was getting the box into the house. Would definitely buy here again.

I'm providing this review based on sales assistance provided by Kelly Clevenger. I have never installed a new stair lift and had reservations about attempting it on my own. Kelly provided me with answers to all my questions regarding equipment, measuring, working with one rail or two rail configurations and directed me to videos which made things come together. After I made the decision to proceed with the purchase, Kelly explained the purchase process, sent me necessary measurement forms and walked me through everything involved through completion of sale. I'm very satisfied with the the prompt and courteous service.

after receiving my lifts I found out my wife could not use them. The foot rest is beneath the seat and due to her leg condition she cannot place her legs under her. I have called the sales rep. and left 2 messages and have not heard back about a possible return, So I am stuck with $k in lifts that I cannot use.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Clevenger. We were shopping around and came across AmeriGlide. It of the competition they were the most affordable option, saving us $6,000 at the end of the day. It took about a month for the stairlift to come in and about a week later, the technician arrived to perform the install. Both Kelly and the installer were incredibly professional. Everything went smoothly and the stairlift has made a night and day difference with my mom who is using it. I highly recommend AmeriGlide and Kelly. It's the best and most affordable option around.

Awful Customer service. Product was actually purchased from Atlas- offered no tech support. Asked for ship dates and was given the run-around multiple times. Called 3 people Joe/Tres/Chris and was not given a straight answer. Customer is very upset with me and Ameriglide takes ZERO accountability.
