AmeriGlide Distributing 2019, IncReviews of ameriglide.com

Product arrived in a timely manner as promised. Installer took less than three hours to install and test. Looks great and works great. No surprises.

Installation was pretty straight forward. Emphasis on the "white plastic track" ...this has to be the right length...so measure twice...cut once...it does help to have the 2 different length bolts to tighten the track with...otherwise you will get a popping sound when it loosens up. Make sure all track are TIGHT together. My mother absolutely loves this lift. She has 20 steps to go up at a steep angle and Ameriglide has given her the chance to save those valuable steps and use them to play with her grandchildren more. Thank you all ...at Ameriglide !

During the process of my stairlift purchase for our Community Center. Tim Worley was helpful in the purchase and understanding of the needs for our center. As we move to payment. We submitted a check for the purchase and once the invoices was paid. The equipment was order and sent to the address of the center. The delivery service put the packages in the parking lot and it was good that arrived at the location at that time to carry the packages into the building for safe keeping waiting for the installation. The installation guy called me to installed and begin the install and said that they were not sure why Ameriglide sold us the wrong unit. I called Tim and he explain that this unit was ADA compliance and industrial and this is why the company recommended the unit. At this point we are satisfied with the purchase and install and awaiting the usage of our members. Thank you and look forward to our next purchase.

Contacted several times and receive no follow up. This is before the sale service - imagine the after sale service.... I'll be buying my elevator elsewhere

Ordered lift chair for disabled mother in law in December 2020. During installation had issues, needed a working part. The company stated they would send the part. The part was never sent. I have called repeatedly and spoke to Curtis, Roger, Taylor, Grant, Thomas, Corrine, TJ, and Fernando. We are at the end of March 2021 and my disabled mother in law can not get up and down the stairs because the part has not arrived. This is a very expensive piece of equipment and it is a MEDICAL DEVICE that is created to assist people with DISABILITIES. I would NEVER recommend this company, my families experience has been terrible. I regret trusting this company to help.

USE EXTREME CAUTION if considering an AmeriGlide Stairlift !!!! Be extremely careful if considering the purchase of an AmeriGlide stairlift. I purchased a Rave 2 stair lift from TJ Sell in Dec of 2020 and it was installed in Jan 2021. Cliff Bramlett of Upwardly Mobility Lifts LLC was their contractor who did the instillation. Due to the Covid 19 concerns at the time, I did not observe the instillation while in work. Had I done so, I might have been able to get some of the problems taken care of at that time. When I noticed Cliff loading his tools into his van, I went out to discuss the instillation and operation with him. He agreed to a demonstration run, during which time the back of the seat struck the side of the upper landing knocking off several splinters of wood. When I pointed this out to him he totally ignored the issue, (almost as if I’d just need to get used to it because those things happen). It appears the track was installed at least ½ in to close to the side of the upper landing. One of the legs for the track is misaligned with the bolt going in at an angel. This holds the leg up and makes the track uneven so the chair bumps going over that section of the track. One of the remotes does not work (installed new batteries, no help) and the seat switch seems to need some adjustment, as half the time you have to giggle the seat back and forth to get the lift to move. I have tried to contact everyone connected with this company and keep getting the brushoff. It’s been over two months since the lift was installed and it still doesn’t work right. I’m about ready to rip this unit out and see if I can find one that works proper. I’d recommend using extreme caution if you are considering doing business with AmeriGlide Stairlift or Upwardly Mobility Lifts LLC. As for customer service, they have none. Sincerely Don Hill

Timothy Worley was very helpful in finding our church a lift we could afford. When we get it and installed we will see how easy was to put in. Thank you for your help

With moving in our 82 year old Mom we knew we had to make decision to install stair lift. A huge decision and we needed something affordable and reliable. I had checked a few companies but AmeriGlide was the first one to call back and communicate al the information and send us email with all needed information. Our sales Representative Timothy Worley called with in an hour of us leaving message to request information. From start to finish Tim was helping us every step of the way. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control we were not able to have it installed by the company. We ended up doing the install ourselves and followed the step by step instruction video AmeriGlide has on their site. If you have all needed tools and I suggest two people you can complete in about 3 hours. We are satisfied with the product and our ready to have Mom move in. We appreciate Tim and the AmeriGlide team!
