Customer service was above expectation. The service tech was knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Was able to answer questions and instruct the use of the product. No complaints.

To place an order with your company was so easy and the consultant was extremely helpful. The delivery went smoothly except that the caregiver had to put the chair together -they wouldn’t even carry it in the house and it was raining outside. ( that situation should never happen ) My father finds the chair very uncomfortable but I’m not sure if it really is uncomfortable or he is being stubborn and is saying he didn’t want it. My mother enjoys it and it does help her stand up. When I have to spend the night it is perfect for me to be comfortable next to him, when I need to help him use the restroom. Thank you. I would buy a second if there was a need.

I paid the requested, (required?) service for a tech to come to home to repair stairlift on March 29,2021. Was told by Tech Services someone would be out after getting the work order the next day. No one ever came out to this day, I told customer service i have a heart problem going up/down steps, still nothing, no one has contacted me. No service was rendered for service paid. No one answers Tech services as I and my daughter have left numerous voicemail messages. Looking for a refund. I have an email from Tech Services with attached service invoice for receipt. I just had my AmeriGlide elevator serviced by Brad and Ken of Accessibility Advantage. They have recently opened a location just north of Pittsburgh in Gibsonia, Pa. They provided excellent service for our three year old elevator, which they originally installed, that I had inspected and adjusted to insure safe operation. As an added bonus they were able to evaluate a platform lift at our church that has not operated for years. It turns out that AmeriGlide/Accessibility Advantage are authorized representatives for the Savaria/Concord lift that was installed in 2004. Brad and Ken, with consultation with the manufacturer, and intensive testing, have determined the parts and adjustments needed to return the lift to full operation. We are truly grateful.

All is great, but I wish we would have made the top of the rail shorter, Could still turn the seat without about 12 inches sticking out on the top landing.

Very bad customer service dad died chair hasn’t been shipped or even in the process to be shipped and you still tried to charge me and keep the money then when I call I always got pushed off to someone else they just didn’t want to deal with the issue
