We spent over $11,000 on a lift from Ameriglide. When it arrived several parts were missing, so we tried to contact the sales person, Michael. After several attempts, my husband talked to him and he said he'd have a technical service representative call us within 20 minutes. This never happened. We were totally ignored, which is frustrating. Also, there are no clear assembly instructions included, which leaves a lot of guessing during assembly. Several steps had to be corrected. Overall, we are very unhappy with the service we rec'd after the lift arrived on site. I would not recommend Ameriglide to anyone else.

Customer service is awful!!! We purchased an Ameriglide Hercules II CPL for our church. Taylor Van Diver was our rep. He was helpful in the purchasing phase. Covid hit with all of its restrictions. Now we are back in full swing at our church. We have found that the up/down button on the platform lift itself, will not work. Here lies our problem. We/I cant get ANYONE in customer service or parts or ANYONE to help me get the part that is needed to fix this problem. the lift can't be used until it is fixed. I have tried for three weeks to get some assistance. I was told "Jessica" "in parts" would assist me. She never returned my calls, I was put on hold for more minutes than I care to wait,on email chat over 40 minutes. When I finally reached "Jessica" several days later, I was told I "was on her list("?) to call! Really? Calls, left voice messages, sent email chat etc. What does one do to get assistance from your company? If you can help and answer my question as to your poor customer service, that will be much appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They gave me great information on the phone. Measuring to make the correct order was easy and they helped me do it. The Video was super clear about installation. The installation went very smoothly. The best tip I got was from the guy on the phone who suggested I assemble the two halves of the rail outside, on the flat, vs inside on a slope. The thing worked like a charm.

The delivery and install went great and I really liked the elevator. My only issue is Ameriglide delivered and installed the elevator. After a couple of months the elevator started to return to the wrong floor and could not be called from that floor. You had to go to the floor to recover the elevator. I contacted the installation company that Ameriglide paid and got no response. The salesman I used has tried to help but is getting no help from his office or the installation company. I have paid $25,000 for an elevator and now am being told they only pay for parts and shipping and I have to pay for the labor to fix their part that has failed. I say go with a local reputable company that will stand behind their product. Such a minor thing to turn a good experience into a bad one. Now I have to get a local company to fix the elevator and pay them for it.

I have never written a review of any product but felt compelled to do so now. I have a desire to encourage others who have a need for this help to know that AmeriGlide delivers on time and delivers a chairlift that is sturdy and can be self-installed with a reasonable amount of skill and time. I am 73 year old and with the help of a friend installed the unit in an afternoon (4-5 hours). The chair unit is a heavy lift and it's helpful to have an assist to slide it into place. The tracks are also easier with help. They fit perfectly but I would suggest the set screws be removed before sliding them together. Also pay attention to the kill switch instructions. The measurement guide that is provided when you order is very accurate. I also found the YouTube video helpful. My thanks to this American Company for it's attention to detail. It is a bit unnerving to unpack these heavy cumbersome pieces and pray that they will all come together and work properly. Thankfully, they do!

We are still waiting to get parts to get our lift installed. We paid $10,611 for the lift on March 25th and it came in late and damaged. Finally after several attempts, we were told by Customer Service that the parts have been sent out. It is now May 19th and we still don't have the necessary parts. We can't get the permit to open, until the lift is operational. Now we need to proceed to turn the lift space into a closet and proceed without a lift. Customer Service just informed me that "I don't have a clue." They said we can't send the lift back but we will dispute this on Visa and they can pick it up if they want.

Rave 11 is great. Service after the sale 1 star. Ameriglide don't have parts so you send customers to Delstal and that's where the service ends. I would NOT recommend your company because of lack of service. Stan
