I was very impressed with responses in the chat room. Justin was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Im looking forward to installing the Rave 2. Will enable mom to live in her house a lot easier.

My AmeriGlide stair lift has no power. I called in to find out who repairs one when something goes wrong. And the answer is NO ONE! I left messages with customer service and technical repair and called their main number. And the response was nothing! Do not under any circumstances buy an AmeriGlide stair lift. They will just ignore you. This is one awful company!!

Sales was 5+. Justin was topnotch. He answered all my questions and kept me abreast of any changes in shipping. Shipping however was why I gave 4 stars. They were a 5 star delivery except for the part where I had to meet the truck to pick up my chairs. They only had a 48 foot truck, which was too big to get in where I live. Truck driver was very nice, however. Just have a trailer with a drop down tailgate because they are very heavy with only one truck driver to move them. Then when you get home have some strong backs to get them, (I ordered.2) in the house. Chairs are fabulous. We both love them. Very comfortable and stylish.

He was extremely helpful in guiding me through the measuring and ordering process. I am very pleased with the AmeriGlide Stairlift, I ordered for my mom. She loves it also! Absolutely love it !!! Helps me with groceries & laundry instead of carrying them up the stairs. Especially bottles of water & soda.

Can’t get them to send receipt. Sales person Cameron Bright said he would send it several times but never received anything My name is misspelled in your transmission. It should be Bill Peirsol
