The first two orders I placed for new rims were perfect. I completed two bikes and decided to do mine so I ordered another set of rims and when they arrived it was not packaged like the last two. Parts were loose in the box and the wheel liners were missing. Whoever is boxing these wheels up, needs to take a little more care and make sure it’s done properly. Someone, was being a bit careless. Other than that they do have a great prices.

Well packaged bicycle. Easy to assemble. Great product.

So far the process of ordering a Bike was very easy.

Any damages caused by rough handling by freight handlers were rectified by the friendly and courteous staff at the American bicycle company. We will definitely be purchasing more bicycles from them. Ron
