All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Ordered a bike on their website. Hours later they claim they are out of stock.

Hello Frank. Yes, this bike was indeed backordered until later this year. This information was published on our site however we did reach out to you as quickly as possible to see if the wait time would work for you. When it did not, we immediately issued the full refund back to your card. Every other shop in the country is in the same position as us with regard to this backorder during Covid-19. They charged my account and 4 days…don’t buy
They charged my account and 4 days later emailed me saying bike was no longer in production two weeks later still waiting on a 500 dollar refund

I purchased a bike and 5 days later I get email saying that bike is out of stock. And they charged my credit card also. Not good experience with them. I will not be dealing with them in the future.

Hi Bryce, We do sincerely apologize for the issues with your order. We accept full responsibility for an inventory error with our system that resulted in your bike not being available. We did offer some alternative solutions however after your refusal we did issue an immediate full refund. We are also still sending out the free gift that came with the bike as a safety light for your child is always a great idea no matter where you end up getting your bike. It has been 48 days since I ordered my…
It has been 48 days since I ordered my bike from this company. I have called and sent messages and they have not responded to any of them. I find this to be a horrid way to treat any customer and I will not be doing any more business with this company and would never recommend it to anyone.

Website showed a bicycle in stock
Website showed a bicycle in stock, good price too, $100 less than everywhere else.I ordered it. A week later I email them to ask what the status was since it hadn't shipped. Was then told they didn't have it but were checking other warehouses for it. Couple days later was told they couldn't get it. Since so much time passed from when I ordered it and when they finally told me they couldn't get it, the bike was sold out on the other websites. They should have contacted me right away when they already knew they didn't have the bike.

Wheelset was not as described
Wheelset was not as described. No information as to how to contact with problem. An email to company about issue went unanswered. My only recourse is to donate unusable wheelset to a local bike charity.

Hello Conrad, We apologize for any confusion. Our Shimano Nexus 3 speed wheels fit 26" tires but do not measure 26" across. Wheels that measure 26" across are actually classified as 700c wheels and are more of a road bike/commuter/fixie bike wheel style. We have reached out to you to schedule a return for the wheels. Raleigh has been having some problems at their warehouse with getting shipments out as they have been receiving a ton of new model year product.
