Company has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer.
Shipping was quicker than expected, as quick as it would have been pre-COVID. The bike got here in great condition, nothing missing from the box. There was one error that was corrected quickly, within an hour of a phone call. Company has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer.

Simple
2 different dings/scuffs on my fork which was disappointing. In the era of Amazon Prime, shipping took forever (week and a half). Then again, it was stated in the website. Over all I’m happy with this purchase.

Very nice first experience with company
Very easy to order; bike came pretty quickly; looked like the box got a little beat up, but the way the bike was packed, everything was good to go; bike was not complicated to assemble; only complaint is the quick release for the seat does not grip the seat pole as tightly as I would like; all in all, very good experience and a beautiful bike

Bike order experience
I was happy with the price, and communication. The person I spoke to when I called was very helpful and advised on expected delivery timing etc. I was a bit surprised when the bike was delivered how much assembly was expected. It’s beyond my capability and there weren’t any instructions provided. I expected it to be setup with minimal assembly required. I had to take it to a local bike store to build it for me.

I ordered Raleigh Willard 1
I ordered Raleigh Willard 1, which was priced very reasonable. As it turns out that model is sold out. I'm not sure if staffing issues are due to the Corovirus, I was told there were staffing issues. I will keep them in mind if I am looking for another bike.

Quick customer service
While it was unfortunate that the bike I have been looking for, and ultimately found and ordered on ABC was unavailable, the staff was quick to respond to this online error and help me remedy the situation by immediately refunding my money. They also worked to fix the issue with the product being incorrectly displayed on the site so others would not have the same issue. Impressed with the service and hope to find another bike soon.
