All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Quick customer service
While it was unfortunate that the bike I have been looking for, and ultimately found and ordered on ABC was unavailable, the staff was quick to respond to this online error and help me remedy the situation by immediately refunding my money. They also worked to fix the issue with the product being incorrectly displayed on the site so others would not have the same issue. Impressed with the service and hope to find another bike soon.

We did offer some alternative solutions however after your refusal we did issue an immediate full refund. We are also still sending out the free gift that came with the bike as a safety light for your child is always a great idea no matter where you end up getting your bike. Awesome customer service
Americas Bike Company has the best customer service I have dealt with in years. Shipping and packaging was excellent. I will do business with them in the future and highly recommend for anyone to make their next bike purchase through America’s Bike Company.
