One of the worst places to work
One of the worst places to work, not alone purchase glasses and contacts. Orders incorrect, customer service sucks. Sadly, the poor service is from the employees who have been with the company for years. What type of examples are being set for the new employees??????? Corporate should really investigate the 7000 Forest Avenue location in Richmond VA, it's a very tense environment. There's this old lady who works there, Lyneer, OMG simply unbelievable someone as old as this lady with such a negative attitude, rude and laughs out loud like a witch, simply insane. The store manager, the guy with white hair another nut case. Never knows what's going on, can never get him on the phone to handle customer complaints, never at work always off or scheduled to leave early. What's the point of being a manager if your never at work to oversee the company or job you manage? Corporate Office, if your reading this review, you need to check on the company you represent!!!!! Don't be lazy, get off your assess and go see what's going on!!!!!!
