They lost my glasses and took a long time for them to offer a replacement, every time I called they kept saying my glasses are coming but after 4 weeks I had to go to the store to get new frames because the original ones were lost, they didn't have the same ones I ordered initially so I had to settle with whatever they had, I don't think I'll come back to this place.

This company has several shortcomings, but the staff in their stores does its best to provide good service. However, their processing team leaves much to be desired. Last month, I ordered glasses for my child, and while they promised delivery within 1 to 2 weeks, they arrived more than 3 weeks later. I've used them a few times, and the delivery has consistently been late. The quality of the glasses is also not the best. On the positive side, their store locations are very convenient, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the quality of the frames have gone way down. I paid over $800 for 2 pair of glasses that were really cheap quality frames. I didn’t get my moneys worth this time

spent a lot of money of glasses, 1 pair over 500, figured I would treat myself to transitions, the glasses are great if I did not need to see out of them, went back for adjustment and was told to wear them up high on my nose , really?? Ppl were nice, dr was nice, but they are def not optometrists, this is the one in fairless hills, strain to read, they are ok for distance . Supposed to be Proggresive

Positives: Very affordable, good frame selection with some frames clearance-priced even cheaper. Staff is friendly and helpful though not very experienced. Cons: Any specialized request will incur an upcharge, including (in my case) a request to polish the lens edges, usually a standard practice. I have a high-minus (thick) prescription and requested that the lens be mounted in the frame such that the thick lens is mostly behind the frame as opposed to in front of the frame (an industry standard if not a simple request that I've made elsewhere for decades) only to have the manager tell me that this was not possible (?!) at America's Best. Use this business for your emergency pair of glasses or other un-critical eyeglass needs.

Liked staff. Professional. Eye Doctor on staff for exam. Good selection. Fair prices. Hated Pride promotion. Totally unnecessary. Offended me and my family and half the population.

First eye exam and bifocals. I was initially happy with the service and glasses and went there because I don't have vision insurance and they're cheap. Well...you get what you pay for. Two pairs of bifocals and one pair of reading glasses. The arms on two keep loosening up so I frequently need them adjusted so they don't keep sliding down my face. One pair an arm fell off. My Foster Grant readers stay intact for many months. Ironic "America's Best" frames are all made in China. I'm going elsewhere for my next glasses because these are not worth the hassle.
