I broke my glasses. I originally got them from America's Best. Just wanted the current lens put into new frames. The frames were discontinued. No problems. Put the current prescription in a new Frame. No, I have to have an all new Eye Exam at $XX cost, then wait for the new glasses, if they have them in stock, or pay $XX amount for express Shipping. All they want to do is Jack Up the cost to you and the insurance company. No wonder that every group , Yelp, Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, etc only gives them a 1.5 out of 5 starts.

What a complete waste of money!!I paid 150$ for a contact prescription and I am STILL WEARING MY READING GLASSES!!! After 150$ and 2 trips to their office I NEVER GOT A PRESCRIPTION AT ALL

Absolutely terrible in every aspect that it was possible to be, If you don’t believe me or the hordes of other reviews saying the same thing then go there, you will find out.

The doctor was great and the techs were also excellent! I forgot my insurance info. I was told I could pay outright for the glasses. When I pick them up they would reimburse me with my insurance. WELL I WENT TO PICK THEM UP AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID NOOOO! Idk who was right or wrong but it’s a difference of a couple hundred dollars! I’m not wealthy either! I have very poor eyesight and need my glasses! I feel I was done wrong! I would have walked out if I knew this! It’s all a god dam money grab! It’s the office 1587 Beaver Creek Commons Drive, Apex NC!

They consistently overbook eye exams. They don’t even get to you until 45 minutes past your appointment time. Never had this problem with Sam’s, Costco or Walmart. I bought the three-year eye exam plan and probably will never go back.

I just ordered glasses for the company. It turns out the 30-day return policy starts the day you pay for the glasses...not the day you pick them up. I returned them within 30 days of picking them up and was told I was over the 30 days from the date I was given the receipt. How do I know if I like something I haven't received? Beware!!

Do not buy glasses from them. The plastic coating comes off. Not good service at all.
