Extremely professional and careful delivery of the furniture and vehicle that we contracted the company to move from Alabama to New Jersey. I would highly recommend this company!! Excellent service every step of the way!

Almost 5 stars. The customer service person assigned to us did a good job and the movers were excellent, hard workers that never stopped for a moment.

I have moved many times across the US with various moving companies and the most recent experience from Colorado to Georgia with yours has been the worst by far. Here are just a few specifics of our experience- 1) drivers were set to show up for pick on a Monday - they showed up Sunday morning, 2) your representative did a virtual walkthrough of items and provided a quote that ended up needing to be modified by thousands of dollars while half of my belongings were already packed 3) no status updates were provided at any time for pickup or delivery 4) my home was damaged in the process and I had to make extensive repairs to a wall the night before closing, 5) the movers were inconsiderate of dirt damage to carpets and used our furniture and belongings, 6) when we called to inquire about drop-off (again no one was keeping us informed) we were told that if delivery couldn’t happen because of the hurricane, that it would occur a week later and beyond the contractually designated date, and 7) when calling in to ask to speak to a supervisor we were consistently told a manager wasn’t available. Awful experience from beginning to end.

Evans & Arthur made my move so smooth an easy, I appreciate their hard work and careful handle my items. All happend in a time fashion way form packaging to loading to delivery and mounting my furniture. These 2 men are what make a business looks great. Thank you

Excellent from start to finish, all 900 miles, highly recommend!

Everything went well my delivery was earlier than expected which worked out great for me. Megina was on top of things she called me to make sure everything was on time I really appreciated her. The packing guys were very careful nothing was damaged.

We had a horrific experience with American Van Lines! If I could give zero stars I would have. We went with American - though they were more expensive than other moving companies - because of the great customer service and level of service we were promised for our move. The moment our contract was signed and the deposit paid, American told us they were no longer able to do our move and outsourced us to a "trusted vendor" days before our cross-country move. The vendor they contracted out was late, rude, hired questionable locals to help, and provided a level of service that was not commensurate with what I had anticipated receiving from American. Absolutely awful experience.
