The men who physically move your stuff were great - Office people - best advice when you book thru office - pad or add more space needed than you think - you don’t want to end up needing more than 1 truck

They loaded up my belongings in California and kept them somewhere for a month before finally bringing them to Arizona. Arrived damaged and many items missing. I would not recommend this company for nothing! I was overcharged and never got my money back! Horrible company and I got the runaround by many people! They’re liars and criminal!!

Oscar manny job 667593 Mr Disorbo Oscar Manny and the crew did a great job with our move. They were professional and explained everything that was occurring. They took great care with our goods and the loading of the truck went smoothly and quickly. They made sure that they left the residence in the same manner as it was upon arrival.

American Van Lines did a great job for us with a lot of heavy, fragile family heirlooms that we needed to be moved across the country. Francisco & William were courteous, professional, hard working, and good at their jobs. Terry was a big help with coordination, and Ed helped us understand the services and get setup. If you are looking for real, professional movers who will get the job done—trust American Van Lines!

Estimator was off on a couple things - items not included, incorrect info to driver because shuttle needed to get things from our narrow street to bigger truck for interstate move. Rest was wonderful. Tia as our move coordinator was excellent & responsive & timely. Radu - driver & mover also excellent. Never seen such a hard worker. Initially only had 1 helper to pack up resulting in a 12 hour day. Wonderful packing, great on piano, & things arrived in good condition. Amazing.
