I have bought 2 bass guitars from this company. Both were the product I ordered and serial numbers were what they were suppose to be. Got both basses (GPS Warwick $$ 5 and Warwick Thumb BO 5) within 2 days with no damages and was very well packed for shipping. I have recommended this company to a friend in the market for a higher end bass. If I had to complain, I would say I didn't like that a signature wasn't required for delivery, I had to have my mother in law hang at my house to get the bass and my wife for the first bass I ordered in 2018 (i obviously checked the tracking numbers which were accurate to the day to be delivered, as always it was a 4 hour window time slot). The thumb I bought 12-31-22 and received on jan 2nd or 3rd. If I decide I need another Warwick ( I have 4 ) I would most certainly use AMS.

I ordered a guitar from the no credit check deal they say they have. I gave all my info. Deal was for a 6-month plan pay the first payment and then the other additional five payments. I chose the no credit because I don't have any credit I don't have bad credit I got disability I get well over $1,000 a month and I have hardly any bills so I could easily pay for it but the next day after I ordered I checked the status of the order and it had been canceled. So I called customer service and she said that I was not approved. I said but you advertise that no credit check she said well you can probably do the 4-month plan maybe I said no never mind anyway it's false advertisements what it is. My advice is go to ZZ sound

SCANDALIST BUSINESS PRACTICES… PROCEED WITH CAUTION, DONT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THEM AS THEY WILL CHARGE IT AND THEN EMAIL YOU THAT THEY HAD CLAIMING YOU AUTHORIZED THEM TO DO SO IN YOUR CONTRACT 3 YEARS AGO AT THE TUNE OF $750+. DON’T DO IT IM SURE THEY WILL REPLY TO THIS REVIEW WITH BS JUSTIFICATION. WITH THAT SAID AMS ENJOY THIS REVIEW AS THERE WILL BE MANY MORE TO COME UNTILL I FEEL SATISFACTION THAT I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RUBBED YOUR NOSE IN $HIT..

Worst customer service out there. RCF subs damaged 3 times returned. Last time they said they are flagging my account and not selling to me.

Should have read reviews before messing with this company .Placed 2 orders that they almost immediately cancelled with no expiation.I emailed them to ask why and they told me they couldn’t prove I was a real person from running my email address and name and therefore I couldn’t have an account.I’ve had the same email and phone number and lived at same adddress for years.

They claim to price match but declined my price match request. They gave no reason for the denial. Even the Fender website had a lower price than AMS. AMS is NOT an honest company.

I dealt with this company only to be told that they would not honor their warranty. Call Sweetwater the guy there was wishing he could exchange AMS products flat very bad. Granted it was a $20 part, but when another company was wanting to help that’s horrible.

This is my second review for this company within the last few weeks. Based on my positive first experience, I decided to order a Rode PSA1+ boom arm using a coupon they emailed me after my first purchase. I ordered on Sunday afternoon and it was here on Tue AM in less than 48 hours. My experience has been so smooth compared to all the negative reviews here. Maybe I just got lucky twice. But I also haven't had to deal with any exception situation (like an item arriving broken or something like that). Maybe my story would've been different if had to. Anyway, based on my two experiences, I feel comfortable using them again if I have a need.
