Do not use this company !!!!! They drafted 969.00 from my account that was not mine !!! Then when I called them they had the audacity to tell me if I dispute it they would make it their life mission to destroy my credit !!! What company says this to a person ??? These people are crooked and their supply is below standard crap !!!!! If I could give them a negative 5 stars I sure would!!!!! Again do not use this pathetic company!!!!!!

They dont honor their own discounts. You have to ship it back to them and reorder?? Yeah ok they are getting it back and ill get it elsewhere.

I noticed that the ratings were pretty low here. This is Trustpilot after all and it's possible that some people have a bad experience. That said, I have done a lot of business with AMS over the past 12 years. Bought a lot of gear and returned a fair amount because it didn't meet my needs. I have never had a problem with the company's service. There are definitely some bad actors in the musical instrument business, but this isn't one of them.

This company has been trying to get my credit info for more than a year. I have asked them to stop three times. They are a total scam!

I've been buying from American Musical Supply for several years now. Over a half-dozen guitars. I have never had a problem. Their staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. The return policy is fast and simple. And you can't beat their payment plans. I'll continue to shop at AMS as long as I'm still making music.

I ordered a DRS bamboo guitar rack from AMS at a fair price that included free shipping. It arrived two days later (on a Sunday) and when I unpacked it I found some not-too-serious damage to the stand. In spite of this, I wanted to keep the stand if possible, so I contacted AMS and within a few hours they got back to me with a very fair partial refund offer which I was happy to accept. I would be pleased to do business with them again.

I have legitimately purchased over $6k with this company. I bought a PRS CE semi hollow, dean ml, Jackson Kelly, Freidman jj junior, antelope audio duo modeling mic, guitar cases, etc. I have over two years of doing business with this company. My credit is not good and sometimes I made late payments. This company has never harassed me and has been good to me. Anytime I overextended my credit of $3k they sent an email and asked to negotiate more down or just pay more on existing items. Everything I ever ordered arrived on time. Their customer service always was knowledgeable and polite. Anyone saying it's a scam, is lying. I could take screenshots to prove my past with this company. They're consistent and honest. I will always support them. Without them, I would not have the gear to keep my passion as thriving. Reply to this review and I'll happily prove all that I'm stating.

You are nothing but crooks who take unauthorized money from accounts that are under bankruptcy. Do not do business with these people they stole 900 from our bank account and laughed when we told them that they were not to take anything from our account.so please do not give them your business they are crooks
