Outstanding customer service! I bought Tung Sol 6V6 GT Platinum Matched Duet Tubes here. When first removed them from amp the orientation key broke off of one. Contacted customer service and the shipped a replacement set that day, received two days later.

Amazing and very friendly thanks so much dylan r

Excellent company for purchasing musical equipment! The customer service was outstanding, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They made it easy to find exactly what I needed, and the shipping was fast and reliable. Great products, great service, and a smooth experience from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be ordering more gear from them in the future. Highly recommended! — Luis P.
