Great customer service! Great products. However, they use fedex. FedEx is terrible!! Half ass drivers that rescheduled deliveries if its past 5pm. Is it so hard for people to do their jobs!

Rapid response, knowledgeable staff, attention to details

I've been able to find what I need. The Rockstar status is great to help get your gear right away and make payments.

I appreciate the service and payment plan option. I read recently about payment plan hidden issues w some plans/providers. I don’t know about fines or penalties if you default so if you might default I suggest saving up and paying in full. Bad credit sucks ducks. I had no issues from AMS in managing my payment plan and was notified upon final payment. I like it so far. I like the open box deals the most. Tim M

Highly recommend AMS it's been a big help getting gear on a payment plan, I've been ordering stuff the last 2 years and getting ready for another big order of dj lights and few other things for my studio

(I have added this review ) Up until the day before yesterday I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review as I have been a customer for a number of years and bought a number of guitars and other equipment from them.. . I have been looking at a guitar they carry and noticed it listed at a 200 dollar discount.. I thought about it for most of a week and decided to buy it.. But when I added it to my cart the Price went Up to its original price. Tried a few times same thing so called their customer service, Customer service person was polite but told me they would only honor the original price , even though the Price I was trying to buy it at was still on the website . Always thought they had to sell at their Advertised Price ! 10/9/25 You ask for information but provide no way to actually get you that info .... 10/16 AMS sent me a request for my email etc through Trust pilot I imagine to prove I was a customer but it has been well over a week and nothing from them .. The person asking below doesn't provide a way to contact them so why ask! I have both of what you ask but no way to contact you ... I was rather surprised at the request from AMS through this site .But nothing came from it so why they bothered who knows 10/27/25 OK I was contacted by AMS , they asked me to call them I did and was asked if I had a screen shot of the listing of the guitar at the price I mentioned, I did and sent it to them . They offered to sell me the guitar at the price it had been listed for and I agreed and bought the guitar. I have since received it and am happy with the transaction.. I am changing my review to reflect AMS making this right .. As I said i have bought a number of guitars from them in the past and likely will buy from them in the future ..

Nice site overall, easy to conduct business with. The options for purchasing make it more attractive to conduct business with because sometimes our budgets are messed up and need all the help we can get. I bought an LD Maui 44 last year for my birthday and this year i'm buying some stage & studio monitors. The maui 44 outperformed expectations and is still doing well. I did dock a point because the payment system when you made a payment and got distracted by something else could be confusing, give you the impression no payment was made until it posts a few days later. I also docked it a point because when I tried to leave product reviews it rejected them multiple times, these were not bad or unfair reviews. It would give me an error like the website's server was having some issues but that is not what that is because it worked fine in every other way. I gave up trying to leave product reviews on the site. I plan to buy a few more speakers when money allows and maybe a mixer at some point.

I found the website really easy to use and found what I needed quickly
