American Musical SupplyReviews of americanmusical.com

Looked everywhere for two Bose F1 Model 812 carry bags, but even Bose didn’t have any in stock. Called AMS to verify they not only sold the bags but actually had them in stock. The sales staff assured me they did and the bags were shipped to us in FL that day. They arrived quickly so we had them to protect our investment before our first concert. Excellent experience. Will definitely use AMS again.

A few months ago I was looking to purchase a 🎤 on internet but I wasn't sure where to place my order many places came to my attention with different prices but I was short on my budget for the total asking payment but when I found American Musical Supply it was a blessing do to the fact I was able to purchase my item Inmediately and have it with me in a few days with a minimum down payment and the rest of the money split by six months payments. Since then I've been doing my payments every month and also later I did another purchase with a Makie Mixer, giving a down payment and the rest in monthly payments, and as soon as I finally finished with my two monthly payments I'm planning to order a sound system paying in the same way. Thank you, AMS, for your trust. I wouldn't never let you down.

I have purchased gear from American Musical Supply since 2015 and have placed over 80 orders. Products and service has been amazing, and 1st Class. Any issue was immediately handled professionally to my satisfaction. I continue to recommend to friends and family thank you so much AMS for making my music even better.

Knowledgeable staff, incredibly fast shipping, and excellent selection.

Their customer service is really horrible, outright criminal. One of the reps told me I would get a refund for X amount. Their supervisor told me it was false, caught him in 2 lies. When I asked to speak to someone above him, he said he is unable to provide me with any higher ups.

AMS is the only place I buy my musical gear from and I have bought quite a bit over the years. Payment plan is extremely helpful.

Everything, My purchase was as advertised, the description was point on, customer service on a question I had on the problem I had was very good. All in all, everything is Great!

Customer service staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with my experience.
